1. Using The "Shopping Cart" Program At This Web Site.
It's never been easier to order from the
Heritage House '76
! If you are unfamiliar with Shopping Cart programs, here is how it works:
At any time, click on the type of items you are interested in from the left menu. That menu is the area on the left-hand side of your screen that has a list of all types of products that we offer. Mouse over any topic and subtopics will appear. After you click on a subcategory, product photos and descriptions will appear in the section on the right. Type in the quantity of the item that you would like and click add to cart. This will add your item to your cart which is displayed on the top right side of your screen.
Many times there are more pages of the same item type. To reach the other pages, simply click on the page number "links" at the very top and bottom of every page. Or, go to the bottom of any product page and click on “want to see more results per page” to reset how many products are displayed on each page. If you want to see a whole new category, simply click on it in the menu at any time.
When you find an item you want to order, simply type in the quantity and click the "Add To Cart" button. The items you order will appear in the cart in the upper right of your screen. When you have selected the items you want, click on the checkout button or the cart button in the upper right side of the page. You may then update your quantity, or delete an item you no longer want.
Your order will be displayed on the shopping cart screen grouped into mix and match categories. The shopping cart adds up the quantities in each category to see if you quality for a further price discount. Keeping an eye on these numbers can make you a much more effecient shopper.
You may remove an item from your order in the shopping cart screen by clicking the trash can on the left of the shopping cart or by typing "0" in for the quantity, again pressing "ENTER" or "Update Quantities" to recalculate the total. If you come to an item, and aren't sure if you already ordered it, simply click on "View Cart" next to that item. Your whole order will be displayed again.
If you choose "Continue Shopping," from the "View Cart" screen, other items can be ordered by again selecting an item type from the left hand menu. If you come to an item, and aren't sure if you already ordered it, simply click on "View Cart" next to that item. Your whole order will be displayed again.
When you are done shopping, click on "Check Out" at the bottom of the "View Cart" screen. Follow the instructions there to conclude your order. You will provide your address, shipping method, payment information, and any special instructions you want to tell us. You can submit your order when this information is complete. Our internet provider is a secure server. However, if you are not comfortable giving your charge card number over the internet, you can choose to submit your order without the credit card information and call your card number in at 1-800-858-3040.

2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are figured by the Shopping Cart program for orders shipped by UPS ground or expedited shipping methods within the continental United States only. Other methods will show no shipping charges. Please Submit your order and we will e-mail you the shipping charges for your approval. Orders received after noon, MST, may not be processed until the next business day.
3. Faster Delivery
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery time depends on the carrier. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and locations outside of the contingent United States may take longer to arrive. Need it in a hurry? Next day, second day, and 3-day select are all available for an additional charge. Please call 1-800-858-3040 for shipping prices.
4. Credit Cards Accepted

5. Phone Orders
Call 1-800-858-3040. Our friendly and experienced customer service representatives are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (MST), Monday through Friday. After business hours, you may leave a message and we will return your call the next business day.
6. Fax Orders
For your convenience, you can fax us at 1-928-536-7785, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply complete your order and include your credit card information.

9. International Orders
For international orders we will figure shipping charges for you. You may simply submit your order over the internet, being sure to give us your e-mail address. We will e-mail you back with the final order, shipping charges included, for your approval, also by e-mail. You may also call us for assistance at 1-928-536-7705 or fax us at 1-928-536-7785.
10. Discount Pricing
Many products have a quantity discount price available. The more you buy, the less you pay for each item. And you can mix-and-match like items to receive the quantity discount you desire. You may mix and match within like groups: gold electroplated jewelry, all designs of bumper stickers, all designs of envelope stickers, all designs of buttons, all videos, all books, all balloons, all decals, all key chains, all rubber stamps, all T-shirts, all tote bags.
11. Mail Order Specials
Mailorder specials can be honored through the online shopping cart most of the time. Just make sure and put in the "Coupon Code" as you check out.
12. Computing Sales Tax
Only Arizona residents need to include sales tax, which is currently 8.1%. The Shopping Cart program will figure your tax amount.
